Delivery Management Platform:

💰 Driver pay per teams

Logistics teams can now configure distinct pay schemes for each team of drivers. This feature enables the implementation of customized pay structures, providing the flexibility to manage various types of drivers, while also streamlining and saving time on administrative tasks.

🗺️ Zones in route optimization

Now, you have the capability to employ Zones as constraints for the automated routes creation. This feature enables teams to effortlessly devise efficient routes, accommodating drivers to operate within their preferred zones. Choose "Strict" for zone-exclusive deliveries or "Preferred" to allow some flexibility.

🚛 Multi pickup routes

Logistics teams now have the capability to design routes with multiple pickup locations, optimizing driver efficiency and streamlining operations. Experience heightened efficiency, decreased transit times, and a more agile delivery network.

📍 GeoTrace History

This new feature enables logistics teams to review the driver's location history at every stage of the delivery process, making it easy to verify the driver's coordinates  when marking an order as 'delivered' or 'failed,' thereby ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards.

Driver App (Kosmo Drive):

📝 Delivery remarks

Drivers can now improve communication by sharing real-time comments for each task, fostering improved collaboration among drivers, the logistics team, and customers. This feature is designed to streamline and enhance communication, particularly in troubleshooting or customer support scenarios.

📸 Proof of attempts for failed deliveries

Now, teams can request drivers to capture pictures as evidence of their delivery attempts, thereby enhancing transparency and streamlining communication in the event of unsuccessful deliveries. Elevate compliance, improve communication, and foster trust with your customers.
