Hi everyone,

We are thrilled to launch our brand-new monthly newsletter, which will keep you up to date on Kosmo. Every month we will share about the most relevant tech achievements and product releases and how these features can help your business.

This month's updates:

🔁 Auto Reassign (Instant delivery)

  • What is it? This feature automatically reassigns an order to a new delivery provider if your first choice cancels or does not find a rider within 30'.
  • What does it solve? Auto Reassign is a powerful tool to decrease the cancelation rate of your deliveries while also reducing the manual actions required from your team. This feature is particularly useful for food delivery businesses during peak hours, but it will make life easier for all kind of businesses.
  • How do I implement it? API users can enable the feature from either the "Create quotes" or "Create order" endpoints (based on their use case) by setting the rule autoReassign = true. Platform users can enable the feature in Settings > Dispatching rules.

🥷 Ninja Van as a new provider

  • What is it? Ninja Van is the latest delivery provider to join Kosmo's family and one of the most trusted couriers in APAC for Standard and Next-days delivery
  • What does it solve? Adding Ninja Van to our range of delivery providers allows our customers to access any type of last-mile delivery, from 1h to 5 days, with just one platform or API. This addition can be particularly powerful for our e-commerce partners
  • How do I implement it? Ninja Van and all standard delivery options (from next day to 5 days) are available on both API and our platform's bulk order section.

📍Tracking page

  • What is it? Kosmo’s tracking page allows your end-customers to track the order in real time. It summarises the most important information required to ensure the order is being processed as expected.
  • What does it solve? By sharing a transparent and branded tracking page with your customers, you can make your CX unique while also decreasing their requests for support.
  • How do I implement it? Discover more in our API docs and reach out to us if you are interested in customising your tracking page with your company logo and colours.

🎮 Developers page

  • What is it? Our new section is dedicated to the developers who want to start working on the integration to Kosmo or are just curious to explore our API. The page allows users to request and access their api key, easily switch from production to sandbox and configure their webhooks.
  • What does it solve? The new page allows companies to self onboard to Kosmo and speed up their integration. Our team will always stay at your disposal for any question, support or chat.

❌ Error codes improvement

  • What is it? Based on our customers' feedback we improved our error codes to be more clear and self-explanatory.
  • What does it solve? The new error messaging will allow developers to quickly identify the issue they are facing as quickly solve it without need for support.
