📈 Driver Performance

This addition to the analytics module helps businesses to monitor and optimize their delivery fleet operations.

"Driver Performance" empowers teams to seamlessly assess the performance of each driver with comprehensive insights into their activity during selected periods. Key metrics such as acceptance rate, fail rate, and on-time delivery rate provide invaluable data to monitor fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction.

⏱️ ETAs in map view

This improvement empowers teams by integrating Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) directly into the map view for each stop along their routes.

Now, dispatching teams can effortlessly adjust routes and take necessary actions, all within a single page. By consolidating key functionalities into the map interface, Kosmo simplifies the dispatching process, making it more efficient and intuitive than ever before.

🔀 Split route mass action

This improvement allows users to effortlessly split (ungroup) all stops within a route with a single click, increasing route management efficiency.

With the introduction of "Split Route Mass Actions," Kosmo empowers users to save valuable time and resources, particularly in scenarios where undoing route optimizations is necessary. This feature eliminates the need to manually ungroup stops one by one, offering a streamlined solution for route adjustments.

⛔️ “Driver Rejected” error

The "Driver Rejected Error" feature is designed to address the critical need for real-time visibility and actionability when drivers reject an order. Unlike the existing "Not Accepted" issue, which triggers after a certain time threshold, the "Driver Rejected Error" immediately notifies teams when a driver actively rejects a task by clicking "reject" on their driver app.

📍 Naurt partnership

We have partnered with Naurt to save delivery time to our users by providing accurate instructions up to the customers' doorstep.

Naurt's innovative API provides precise instructions to drivers, eliminating the wasted minutes spent searching for parking spots and locating customers' doors.

By integrating with Naurt 's API, we're empowering our users to optimize their operations, further reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
