Delivery Management Platform:

🗺️  Zones

You can now import zones into Kosmo, allowing your team to easily filter and cluster orders based on customer locations. This feature empowers you to easily assign orders to the most suitable fleet or create optimized custom routes based on coverage areas. Say goodbye to manual sorting and hello to efficiency! Kosmo supports both kml and kmz files.

Each order is automatically tagged with a zone based on the customer’s location. The team can then filter and cluster orders based on their zone

📸  Edit and Add Proof of Delivery

Drivers can easily capture the Proof of Delivery (picture or signature) with Kosmo Drive App (for Android and iOS), and the POD will be immediately available on the platform. Teams can now edit the proof of delivery captured by the driver or add a new one directly from the platform. This feature is particularly useful for post-delivery actions or addressing customer support needs promptly. Your workflow just got smoother and more flexible.

🔁 Bulk Actions in Active Orders

Managing multiple active orders is now a breeze! With our new bulk actions feature, teams can reassign, cancel, and re-order multiple active orders simultaneously. This is a game-changer when it comes to saving time and streamlining your operations.

Kosmo Drive (Driver App)

💰 Driver Wallet

We've enhanced visibility for your drivers! Now, drivers can easily check their earnings within a specific time frame directly from their app. This feature not only increases transparency but also empowers your drivers to keep track of their earnings effortlessly.

❌ Failure reasons and return trip

When drivers mark an order as "failed", they will now be prompted to indicate the reason. This critical information will trigger a "return to pick up" task for some failure reasons, enabling better problem-solving and improving overall visibility into your team's performance.
