🚚 Add your own drivers to Kosmo

Users can now easily onboard their own drivers to Kosmo and assign orders and routes to them directly from the platform. Businesses can create the most efficient routes based on customers' requirements and fleets constraints and then assign them to their own drivers with just one click. The drivers will then receive the orders along with clear and optimised instructions for each delivery.  With this feature, companies can save an average of 1h per day in planning their deliveries and manage both their own fleet and 3pl on the same dashboard reducing complexity for their teams

🔔 Delay notifications

The "delay notifications" system has been introduced for API customers. It is providers real-time events and notifications when an order is likely to be delayed or requires action from the team's side.

Instead of constantly monitoring orders in real-time, whenever an order encounters a delay or needs attention from the team, the system automatically generates a real-time event sent to the API customers. This new feature streamlines the order management process for API customers by providing them with real-time alerts and updates, enabling them to take timely actions and maintain efficient operations.

🔁 Reassign for scheduled orders

When a delivery provider is unable to deliver an order on time, this feature automatically reassigns the delivery to another available provider without the need for manual intervention or constant monitoring. This feature was already available for instant deliveries and helped customers to reduce the risk of cancelation by 20%, it is now available also for scheduled deliveries. Based on our data, scheduled deliveries are more likely to get delayed or cancelled by the delivery providers, so we foresee this feature to have even a more positive impact on our customers’ logistics performance.
