Multistop and Routes

Once you have your orders in Plan dashboard, you can group multiple deliveries together or easily create optimized routes:

Create Multi-stop: it simply groups the selected orders together, keeping the original sorting. You will be able to manually change the sorting og the deliveries. Only orders with same pickup location and  pickup time can be grouped together.

Create routes: Kosmo will automatically group the orders into optimized routes based on your route settings, pickup time and customer location.

In Route Settings, you can configure the constraints that Kosmo will take in consideration when creating optimized routes:

End location: choose if you want your own drivers to go back to the pickup location after the last delivery is completed

Max. orders per route: define the max of stops that can be included in the same route

Avg time at stop: the estimated time drivers will spend at each customer location

Accepted delay: the max delay from the original "drop off by"
